Privakey enables customers use their mobile app to complete these processes in a secure and much more convenient way.

When an alarm is triggered it can be a nerve-racking, or embarrassing, moment for homeowner. By notifying the homeowner they can respond before an action is taken, avoiding false alarms and alerting the client.

Account Updates

Offer customers a new way to digitally approve account changes with the backing of multi-factor authentication. Users receive a notification through their home security app with detailed HTML text and can edit the details before sending a response.

Confirm Service

Enable customers to conveniently confirm appointments or anything else you may need them to. They’ll select their answer and use a biometric on their phone to confirm it’s really them making the choice. This eliminates a lot of unnecessary calls and missed appointments.
